Fallow is a residency-style retreat in Brown County, Indiana, built for artists to create at their own pace. The idea was to build a space that sits comfortably between a home setup and a high-end studio—offering professional recording capabilities without the pressures of a traditional environment. I started Fallow as a labor of love to give bands a place that feels like a home but sounds like a studio. Whether you’re fleshing out new ideas or tracking an entire album, it’s meant to be a sanctuary where you can settle in and work unhindered by the distractions of daily life.

The experience here is centered as much on hospitality as it is on music. Lodging is included, and I handle the cooking so you don’t have to worry about the logistics of living while you’re creating. While I’m always around to help run lines, place mics, and make sure things are running smoothly, I generally stay out of the way of your creative process. My goal is simply to provide the conditions for you to do your best work.
